Pam fulfilled one of her ambitions today when we went on a London Duck. It was another trip organised by the IBM London Retirers club (see here for a previous event). The Ducks are amphibious military craft dating from World War II days, repainted yellow. The trip (voyage ?) lasts just over an hour and goes round several tourist spots such as Trafalgar Square and Marble Arch before plunging into the Thames near the MI6 building at Vauxhall. The Duck then paddles up to the Houses of Parliament before returning. Great fun.
