  • If you are using version 7 of the Internet Explorer browser, click on the Feeds buttton above the page display (it's an orange square with some white curves), and click on the "Subscribe to this feed" link. To subscribe using earlier versions of Internet Explorer, or other browsers, err, I am afraid I do not know.

To subscribe if you are using the Opera browser

  • If you are using the Opera browser, click on the "Subscribe to this Blog's feed" link with button 2 of your mouse (probably the right hand button), select Copy, click on Feeds in the action bar at the top of the Browser, select "Manage feeds ...", click on "New", select the text in the "Address" field, and paste the contents of your clipboard (which will be the blog subscription address you copied earlier). Clock on "Save". The whole process might take less time than reading the above.

A Fair Day


11a3b21 Each year on the third Saturday in June, Warlingham has a fair, held at Blanchman's Farm Nature Reserve. Because of the timing I am often on holiday and so miss it, but this year I was around.


The Parish Council has a pitch which we use just to tell people we exist and what we do. One of the councillors had done a fascinating collage of photos of Warlingham's Green over the years with the oldest one dating back to the 19th century. This drew in passers-by and we were then able to show them details of some of the things the Council does.
